Emily

Chief candle-maker, wax pourer and scent tester. Emily received a candle making kit one Christmas and we were all blown away by what she created. We had a chat over pizza one Friday evening and Bailiwick Flame was born.

Emily has a strong eye for detail, she’s a true perfectionist - so you know each candle has been made with care. With her creative and thoughtful personality, Emily knows how she wants our brand to look and is keen to keep things vegan and as eco-friendly as possible.

Ross

Ross is the numbers man! He does the weighing and measuring for each candle created, making sure that our signature scents have the best cold and hot throw possible! (a fancy way of saying ‘smelling the best’)

Being in charge of the finances means he can make sure that Emily and Sam don’t get carried away when ordering materials!

Ross is the sensible and methodical one, ensuring the logistics of the business run smoothly.

Sam

The content creator and marketing girl. Sam works behind the scenes to run our instagram page, keep the website updated and also respond to any queries. She’ll be on hand during the manufacturing process to ‘organise’ things.

She is usually known as ‘the bossy one!’

Sam has a strong work ethic and driven personality and considers herself a cool stepmum (Emily might not agree) “Anyone who actually says that is definitely not cool!”.
